ok, help! i want to figure out how to wire up JDM CTR Power Folding Mirrors for an EK. I can't find anything on H-T. I've search and all I can find are write up's for EG's. Also what relay can I use b/c the set does not come with that, but it comes with both mirrors, harness for both, switch, and harness for switch. Oh yeah, I have a DX.

 

I searched for less than 5 minutes and found these two sources.

Thanks for your help, but your first link is what i've already found and it's for an EG and not EK. Your second link to the other HT post, the links within that post don't work anymore. I've tried. JDMFan.com was where I went before HT.

that washington link, for the EG, that will work for the EK as well. You can go to radioshack and get that relay for $6. Wiring is basically the same. I have non-power folding mirrors on my ek, but with power controls. the controls and harnesses were from an accord.

 

Will the radio shack relay work the same as the oem? I've heard with the radio shack one you have to hold the button down til it's done folding, where as the oem one just have to press it once and let go and it's folds all the way.

btw: i try password jdm but they never have it.
