ok i posted this is the tech but noone responded hope i can get more response here
ok heres the deal, i jsut rebuilt my head and i just pressed on the valve steams with my fingers until it clicked once. i was watching my friend built his head today and he used a 10mm socket and hammered the valve steam in until it stopped. i pushed one valve stem with my finger to see how far i was compared to hammering it in, i was about 50% in compared to the hammer method. i know i did it the wrong way and its makign me mad.
is my method bad? anyone else do it the way i did it? what disadvantages do i have now? what will happen to my engine?
i was thinking about taking the head apart just to hammer the stems in but its time consuming and i dont have time.
thanks in advance
