I would like to know the differents between v-tec and
non v-tec h22s

I don't think there is a non-vtec H22 I think you're thinking of the H23 which came in the Prelude Si.

Yeah, I think he's thinking of the h23 the difference is h22 has V-tec and the H23 doesn't and h23 is a closed deck of course.
