Well to my surprise, I’m due to be a daddy again. And I might need to sell my EF civic. (3 kids in an EF h/b isn’t cool). And was wondering what I might get for it? Everything would go except for the bronze rims that are pictured. They would be replaced with a set of stock steelies or a set of 16” axis f24’s.

Also if this is sold I will need to buy another car (possible project) with at least 4 Drs, and working a/c. I was looking along the lines of either a civic (dx or lx are only 4 Drs) and maybe go with a mini-me swap. Or maybe a 94 and up 4dr teg (LS hopefully) that way I still have a project if I go with the LSVTEC setup, or can slap a turbo on it. Any or advice, opinions, recommendations, would be greatly appreciated.

you could fit all the parts off your current car..please your wife and kids and be original at the same time!

As long as the body is clean and looks really good is should be in the 3500-4500 range. No matter what, most people buy based on looks, well most people.
