Keep the EF and take a loan out and get the DA.......

Otherwise, this is a super tough choice and i think, for me, it would actually come down to seeing and testing these two cars side by side.

That's what I did except I got a dc2. Don't think I could get rid of my ef.

How much dose he want for the DA? Becuse it really comes down to what you like the best in my Opinion its a push.. But I do want to know JDM Front End? Whats that mean is it just 1pc and the Amber Bumpers? I see now 4g's Sorry but you can pick up a DA and do all that for 4g's or less..

keep your ef! i love the ef chassis, its slightly faster stock-for-stock, and um...its an ef! but, again, that's just my opinion...you should go with what you like and have no regrets

both are great cars. I have one of each and love them both. does power steering matter at all to you? thats a big change for me, going back and forth to both cars. Do what is best for you $ wise.

good advice...the da would save me money in the long run...it allready has everything look wise that i like...the only thing iam gonna do is put an s2000 antenna in and maybe change rims....then im just gonna cruise....its so perfect....if i keep mine i will have to buy a new motor...new front end and springs, rims, and tie bars etc....were as if i keep the da i can just gut it...get the cusco tie and strut stuff then just have fun maybe try to learn to build the motor

Wow, really tough choice. I had a '92 GSR and that car was sooooo nice. It just seemed so......right - everything about it. Sadly, that car was vandalized and I sold it. My '95 CX was totalled (see sig), and after buying the VR-4, I bought an '89 DX (cause I couldn't stand not owning a Honda ). I've always liked the looks of the EF, and I really appreciate how light it is. Mine is right around 1900 lbs right now. I loved the GSR, but it was quite heavy and torqueless. Pretty much on par with 6g Si's (marginally quicker). The y7/a6 in my DX is no torque monster, but when you don't weigh much, the car scoots. I think I could give the old GSR a pretty good run with the single, if not beat it. That is another thing I like about EF's - they are light. You will always have that to your advantage. I do however like your idea of gutting the DA and doing the suspension. Tough choice. I would keep the EF if money is an issue, gut it, and build the sohc. It would be a nice little screamer. If you have the funds, go all out on the DA.
