Default Steering wheel replacement alternative, Momo Tuner

Hey guys, just thought some of you might be interested in the new wheel I just picked up.
I was in the market for a new wheel and so I looked at the JDM R wheels but didn't much like the non-srs and the SRS one was too much $. As was the case with Mugen and Spoon wheels.
I did want it to continue matching with my ITR interior though so I picked up a used Momo Corse (red stitch is rare from everything i've seen, and brand new is usually in the $250 range). Was happy with the wheel but wanted something new. Well, Momo recently came out with a new wheel called the Tuner. It comes in Gunmetallic Gray with black leather and stitch and also a Black wheel with black leather and red stitching. I picked myself up a 350mm black/red wheel the other day and installed it tonight.
Impression: VERY similar to the more expensive Corse but at a cheap cost without a loss in quality. Leaves me =
Here's a couple quick pics (flash makes center piece brighter but it is black)

I just put the same wheel in my R and love it!

By the way, what hub are you using? what is the part #? I'm using a #4905 hub and find that the wheel is pretty close the signal and wiper swictes. Also, my signal cancelation thing does not work.

crx_kid: I am using #4911 and my wheel is closer than stock but still a good distance away from the switches. Also at time my cancellation things doesn't work

#4911 is what myself and a few others have used for EG/DC with no problems

yeah I don't really mind it being closer then stock, but just want to get the canellation thing to work.

So, if it's normal, can you do anything about it? Like can you somehow make it work or just have to live with it?

Well, it didn't really bother me so I just cancel it myself.

*shameless plug* These are going for $160 shipped right now in the sponsor marketplace

You'll appreciate the thumb hooks for HPDEs. I like my Corse.

i bought my hub off Ebay used,so i don't know what part number it is(didn't really notice during install).if anybody can confirm that it's stamped anywhere i'd be glad to look and see what number it is...
anyway, mine has a groove that locks into the stock auto-cancel cam.works every time.

you just need to reuse the white plastic piece from your stock wheel/harness.

it is only normal for it not to work if you took out the mechanism that makes it work in the first place.

You'll enjoy it! The feel, look and of course price all together makes me really like this wheel.

Now just get the fake carbon fiber pieces and you'll be set.

I saw this wheel when I picked up my corse last year (exactly 1 year ago)...I thought it was a fake since I couldn't find it on the momo.it website.

I have no problems with my turn signal cancelling or anything...horn works perfectly...it's all about the install

I like my Corse better cause it has a nicer center ring and horn button

EDIT: 4911 is the proper momo hub for 94-01 Integras (and EG's)...trust me, I researched this with some trial and error.

It's normal for the auto cancel to not work if you install the wheel incorrectly. You have to make sure that the metal tabs that are attached to the white plastic piece slide into the grooves of the hub properly, AND STAY THERE. Some aftermarket hubs dont slide down the shaft as far as stock, so you have to put something behind the white piece to position it closer to the hub.
