Running Rich...
...yes, another running rich question. I used the Honda Tablet PC diagnosis system to get the code thrown and it says I'm running rich. It's also saying I need to clean or replace my injectors. What's the best way to do this? I don't want to take it to Honda because they are going to charge me 80 bux just to clean them. I'm not even going to think about replacing them. My other question would be, where can I find the injectors? Are they near the MAP sensor? And should the fuel pump also be checked? Thanks for all and any help!

np offense, but if you don't even know where the injectors are,you definately shouldn't be trying to remove or clean them-that's an acident waiting to happen.try running some injector cleaner through your car.if it still doesn't help,$80 for the dealer to do it isn't too bad.

i had it checked at the dealership why i was throwing a code 45, and they said i was running rich. they suggested i have my injectors cleaned. i had an idea where they were but i wasn't sure if they meant the whole line to the fuel system to have cleaned as well. i'll just pay the 80 bux it's just that i was told to have them sent to have fuelmatched instead of just using fuel injector cleaner.

not hard at all.
remove the two nuts(part#18) and pull off the fuel rail.be ready with some rags as fuel will be spilling out.check here for the manual for your car-you can then get the whole procedure in more detail
