Condensation in Jdm Itr headlamps?

I have a little condensation in one of my jdm headlamps. I had just noticed this last night. The lamps have never been dropped, no signs of cracks, never opened up, etc..?

Anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

Probably just the seals are failing or one of the bulbs are not sealing.
