im pretty new to building motors, my old car came with a stock motor and all i really had was bolt on, also, all of this is going into a 97civic hatchback

my question to you guys, is for the head, what is the best valvespring should i use, retainers, for my setup, im not really too familiar with the head so i dont really know what i should change and what i should leave stock

this will all be in a street car, all intereior, what whp should i expect...thank you for everyones help ahead of time

why dont you leave the gsR bottom block stock, and do all headwork.. iv'e seen alot of all motor cars with built "race heads" and some decent "cams" and a
good *** "header", out there hitting high 12's.... portflow is a good company!
try giving CBI in stockton a call, they to, have bomb *** heads!
