Default 98 spec JDM swap with some goodies, 200whp possible?

1998 complete swap jdm spec ITR with 4.785 best final drive
skunk2 stage 1 cams plus gears
B&M adjustable fpr and gause
AEM CAI
Carsound cat with 2.5" custom piping + stock ITR axle back
SAFV controller

notice that the 98 spec itr is already come with higher compression ratio and 4-1 header.

So, with proper dyno and tune, do you think it would pump out 200 whp? If not, then what else do I need to achieve that number?

A better header will get you closer. The JDM 4-1 is not bad, but there are headers that will make more power. 310 or 370 cc injectors and Hondata too. Stage 1 cams are o.k. and have been used to make around 200 whp, but a bigger cam will make 200 easier.

thanks guys, sound like I have to spend lot of $$$ to achieve 200whp. I might as well supercharge it to save time and $$$. Question is, do I need to bring down the compression to avoid detonation? also, If I supercharge it, what are the number I should expect to get?
