Check under the hood on the driver's side. It should be sticking out of the harness in front of the midway between the shock tower and the headlight.

 

On my '90 CRX DX and my '90 CRX Si they're both under the glovebox right next to the pass. kick panel and blower motor.

ya what he/\ said,sometimes you gotta dig around a little,look behind the plastic kick panel

Oh ok you have a 91, I would've never guess by your name to me. Most 88-89 models have them under the hood.

You can tell by the illustartion, it shows the blower motor
