Default tire pressure

i have some kumho 711 215/45R17 . i know that on my stock wheels i pumped the tires to 32 psi . do i still use the same pressure for these tires as well ?! thanks for any replies .

ar..if you accidently read those writing on the sidewall of the tires, it actually tell you how many lb of pressure you should put in.

i think it's 44MAX psi, i would go 40lbs on all four corner.

Just be careful with wider tires you can easily wear out the middle tread by overinflating, and the pressure value given on the tires is the MAX pressure not the recommended pressure.

exactly... u want to keep using somewhere around 32.

And since your in philly and it is cold maybe a little less. It kind of comes down to personal opinion you will here many different things. Do you drive hard/fast?

Remember to inflate tires in the morning or when the tires have not warmed up and expanded.

thanks for all the replies . i just pumped them to 40 psi . because at 32 the tires still looked like it was sticking out a little or squashed . sorry i dont know the appropiate term for that .
