Was thinking I don't see too many of the little sedans around. Anybody know how many were sold in the US?

 

I see a lot in my area way more than Hatches or rexes...

I personally have one and love it...i was thinkin about gettin a wagon & swap in a b16...thatd be unique!

I have had mine since new (150k miles) with a built b16a and go to a Frankenstein this winter (LS/VTEC). It is super low key but is a lot heavier than hatch or Rex - mine was 2340 with full interior and a lighter turbo d16 last year.
Those cops don't really go hunting for you in these mugs though so 80-90 mph on the beltway with runs up to 100+ not uncommon dep on traffic....

 

True as far as going fast in a sedan...I routinely hit 100 and cops dont sweat a dark grey(everyone mistakes it for black) sedan..... sittin stock...

Sleeper style is the best...

 

I love mine. Just put a B16a in it, not running though. After a month I will hook the zex back up too. I also recently did a crx dash, gsr leather, gsr rims repainted full gunmental, electric sunroof (gsr style) and a bunch of other stuff. Next step will be paint and I think it will be the new "Volkswagen mist silver."

 

Man, these are fun - I gotta b16a with Portflow head & ITR mani, TB, cams (still need to dial in on dyno). Everybody laughs till that VTEC kicks!!!I only have run it 3 times on the track before blowing an axle. Last run I granny shifted 1-2, and still did a 14.6 @ 96.2, going thru the traps at 9100 rpms in 3rd -----yeeeha!!!

I am gonna fix up the ?? clutch with a CM stage 4 and change my springs as they do not do a good enough job with the extra wt up front......

 

I love it........Super sleeper.......I got a 90' with a B16a and NA stuff...lol.....its dyno tuned and ready for the tracks.......Was thinking about a Zex, NOS, NX, or Venom nitrous kit.... What do you guys think?
