h22 into 96 lx accord wiring Q?
i have a 95 h22 in a 96 accord lx runs great on the f22 ecu but when you plug in the h22 ecu runs like shat ne thing needs to be re- pind? ive heard o2 and somthing are different but need experienced tech help let me know thank you. throughing miss fireing codes also but just with h22 ecu and i know it works cus it came out of my car and i double checked thanks, obd2 p13
well that is part of your problem...you are using an obd2 ecu on an obd1 car...of course it will run like crap b/c your ecu sees so many sensors that aren't even equipped on the 95 h22...anyways, yes there are some wiring things you need to do...you need to switch pins a6 and a11...also, various wires need wired directly to the ecu since you don't have them on the accord stock...who did this swap? you? a shop?

reason nick said something is that you have a 95 h22, which is an obd1 motor.. it has an obd1 intake manifold..
if you have the lx, you need to add vtec wiring, swith two pins, i think its o2 and heater... but those numbers above sound right.. a6 and a11 or whatever..

you've got to extend a few wires. you gotta run the knock sensor to the ecu (its not on the accord harness) you gotta extend the intake manifold temp sensor, you gotta run the vtec wires, and you gotta switch the pins. I am sure there are some more i am forgetting about. oh, you need to pull the oil pressure plug from the lude harness and splice it onto the accord harness... cause the accord oil pressure plug is different

sorry, i meant motor not car...

You will always have the random misfire codes running an OBDI H22 with an OBDII ECU. It is because they relocated some of the sensors from the distributor to somewhere else. Because of this, the sensors are reporting the wrong information back to the ECU and you get the CEL. I have the exact same problem, but everything is working fine.
And don't you only have to swap those wires on 94-95 Accords?
