Default Silverstars?

I want to put the silverstars in my 94 accord. Are there any mods or its just as easy as switching the bulbs?

very nice lights, much more quality than the el cheapo crap. I hate ricey crap.

never burned one out yet (knock on wood) and the intensity of the light is very good too.

HID's would be the way to go though...if you got the $$$$, its worth it, plus I will never have to buy another bulb for my car....ever.

HID is definately better and worth the money if you got it... the intensity is awesome and the coloring very unique.

The 9006 are for low beams and 9005 for high beams.. so naturally the 9005 will have a higher light output, which is why some people shave the 9005 bulbs and stick them into the low beam sockets.

However, the 9005s probably wouldnt last as long as the 9006s.

Just get the silverstars.. you can actually SEE the road at night, and they are a great cosmetic mod for under 40 bucks

9005 bulbs, that were meant to use once in awhile for the high beams, won't last as long due to the higher voltage it has to run at compared to the lower wattage of the 9006 low beam bulbs.
