Silverstars?
very nice lights, much more quality than the el cheapo crap. I hate ricey crap.
never burned one out yet (knock on wood) and the intensity of the light is very good too.

I just put the silverstars in my car and the look better, but whats better 9006 or 9005 and what the difference on the box it said 9006 and whats 1700 vs 1000 lumens?
The 9006 are for low beams and 9005 for high beams.. so naturally the 9005 will have a higher light output, which is why some people shave the 9005 bulbs and stick them into the low beam sockets.
However, the 9005s probably wouldnt last as long as the 9006s.
Just get the silverstars.. you can actually SEE the road at night, and they are a great cosmetic mod for under 40 bucks

why wont the 9005's last as long as 9006. If i knew that i would have done that also. but i'll keep these in for a lil bit since i just put it in.
9005 bulbs, that were meant to use once in awhile for the high beams, won't last as long due to the higher voltage it has to run at compared to the lower wattage of the 9006 low beam bulbs.
