H23 Head Specs...
I can find these anywhere but I was just wondering what the stock Valve lift, duration. I am looking into some new cams but just want to make sure they are going to be worth my while or just save up for something more agressive. Thanks.

are you referring to n/a applications or turbo?

even the helms doesnt show life/duration for h23, I even emailed the company and they said this and I quote.
"Jeff,
For camshaft specifications, we publish only the cam lobe height so the
technician can inspect for wear. You can determine the lift from measuring
the lobe base circle, but we don't publish lift and duration specs in the
service manuals for any of our vehicles."
I still dont understand how measuring the lobe base circle will determine valve lift.

Im jsut curious because im getting a set of web camshafts and no head work is needed so they cant be too agressive. Im trying to decide whether to buy them or wait and build my whole head with teh crower kit that is supposivly coming out. Anyone have the web cam shafts?
