It is a 87 accord auto 4 doors. Car wont' start and it won't turn over. My gf dad changed the starter and still won't start. What could it be if the engine doesn't turn over? Thanks

 

Make sure the battery is still good, check your spark plugs, alternator, ignition

 

Starter is turning over but car isn't. I am thinking it might be a relay gone bad. Any idea?

 

Is the starter even clicking or is it trying to turn over the engine, if the starter is clicking then I would lean towards your starter. I would then check and make sure you have spark and pull you plugs if they have carbon on them or smell like gas it will be a fule delivery problem...this will get ya started. Merry Christmas

 

Check the fuse for the battery. Same scenario for my car I looked at my fuse box and after years of starting the engine the fuse broke, it did not short out, it just broke, it was very subtle and hard to see. I jumped the connection and it started right up. The jump was temporary until I got a new fuse.
