I'm not sure if these are the same mani's that have been cracking or not, but i would just go with the trusted brand, i mean its only a hundred dolars more, but its up to you.
Same company...maybe TiAl sold its 35mm molds? Or somebody took a TiAl, de-engineered it and copied everything.
Wouldnt the real concern being how strong the spring is? Maybe buying that and swapping out into a real Tial spring... hmmmm
i was actually going to get one of these from the same seller, but i figured why would i want to risk something like this on an important part to my FI. But you should go for it.

I would buy it if i wasn't a little scared because i am running a stupid amount of boost but if it works i will deffinatly get one, and if the spring is the only flaw in the whole thing springs are cheap and you can get them Redialy
i had a customer that bought one.he brought it by and we took it and a tial apart and compared them.they looked identical.the only diff was that one said tial on it,and the other did not.
I bought one, have had no problems out of it so far, works great, and uses tial springs. identical to my friend's tial
My friend has it and it works fine. It's the exact same thing as Tial. Just doesn't have the Tial logo, that's all
