Default 2002 accord lx idea

Has anyone dropped a H22 or a B18C1 into a 2002 accord lx sedan before? Which one would you think it will be easier to do?

search, if you can't find 20+ post about putting h22 in accord, leave honda-tech.com and never come back

and here's a hint, not even a c5 can move the heavy accord, torque is what you want.

drop the H22 its a better bolt on than the b18....the b18 lacks torque so the heavy accord is going nowhere really...better off with the stock engine in it....either H22 or stock..but anything can be done...

Wouldn't be bad if the accord went on a diet....like minus 800-1000lbs, which isn't possible....well not completely. But none-the-less for about the same price the h22 would stomp the civic motor. I think the civic motor might be close to stock f22 sorry....it needs torque. EDIT: Unless you went with a teggy type -r motor boosted just for originality..but other than that not worth the money getting it to fit when you could add more money to the h22 and make it a ton faster.
