Next I would go with some cams and a nice p+p job, or just redo the whole valvetrain.

Better header and better exhaust?

Final drive, flywheel, traction bars, clutch, sticky tires...

or

Hondata, Cams, valvetrain, headwork and maybe bottom end crap...

if you want to follow an ITR build up in an EJ6...just watch for mine

so far:
AN-r compact header (replaced a JDM DC)
C&R drag radiator
AEM CAI (replaced a Comptech ICEBOX)
and 2.5" exhaust

in hand to install:
RLZ stage 2 cams
RLZ single springs
JG retainers
Apex i' vafc
chipped ecu/obd1 conversion
ACT Extreme PP
Clutchmasters flywheel

soon to have in hand:
RLZ intake manifold
SRR cam gears
6 puck disk

are you at a bad track?

you should easily be in the high 13's with a 2.2
