95 accod with power door locks and the rear drivers door wont open any more ..and the lock is stuck in the lock position ..i can hear and see the acctuator make noise and it moves a bit but i cant even pull it up ..how do i fix this with the door close...will the panel come off from the inside ?

 

the door panel will come off inside and that should expose your acctuator

 

Had the same problem with the maxima, I disconnected the harness so i could lock them by hand.
That was the cheap way.
