Default WTB: ecu socketing, and auto->manual ecu change

I have a jdm automatic OBD1 P30 ecu that I want to try out with my Hondata, but no one locally can do the auto -> manual change. Can anyone recommend a shop, or individual that can do this kind of service?

Thanks.

The JDM ECU is the square type, correct? They are SMT components internally as opposed to USDM ECUs (rectangular) which are through-hole components. The SMT style is a magnitude more difficult to work with.
