How many of you guys have made a sleeper Type-R? I saw one guy put a 4-Lug conversion on his, is that possible?

No an R will never be a sleeper. The only reason people put 4 lugs on is if they get stolen.

 

or if they want to run smaller than a 15" drag wheel.

wrong..... Search for "Asspenny" and look at his car

 

integra will still look like an integra if ist gsr or type r. and people who know their stuff will know if its a real itr or not, and everyone else wouldn't even care.

 

R with Nitrous = sleeper
R with turbo hidden intercooler =

To make an R a sleeper you have to make it look ghetto as ****.

I would mention somebody's R on this board that is (or was at least) extremely sleeper. The first time I met him he went to show me his R. As we were walking across the parking lot I was like "where in the heck did he park? All I see is an LS Teg." Even looking on the inside it looked like an LS except for the guage cluster which he was soon changing as well I believe.

 

It's not hard, just needs dedication:

Wheels with center caps or covers. ie Steelies + 4 lug covers, Mazda Millinia with center caps.

Remove side skirts and front lip, or get the complete oem kit.

Remove spoiler

Add body molding.

Paint rear swaybar flat black

Use Autozone seat covers for your seat.

Slap on leather shift ****

Cover Vin#

Re-Badge emblem and debadge stickers.

I think that's all it takes, not too much trouble but it's mentaly painful. Imagine going through plastic surgery just to make yourself uglier...Type-M.J. y0!

it's '94 gsr w/ only 66 original miles... i wrecked it and have it in 5,000 pieces in my garage... still have motor | all i want is an R shell now to put the motor in

a lotta people were thrown off by my car.. talk some smack on how it's not an R but don't say anything after i pull away

agree R with NOS sleeper
PY R's too much attention not really a good color to be a sleeper
