I was curious to see if any of you got a VAFC harness from boomslang, and exactly what it consists of? what is the purpose of it? etc. etc.?

It serves the same purpose as the Field's VTEC harness.

It allows you to wire the VTEC/AF controller to a harness to make it easier to install and uninstall.

A side benefit is that it also makes it easier to use a DVOM to check voltages, continuity, etc. when you need to troubleshoot in that area.

The purpose of the VTEC controller harnesses is that you don't have to cut into the factory wiring. You can leave everthing in tact and don't have to worry about soldering stuff back if you put everything back to stock.

Sounds and seems logical...but does anyone have pictures of one. The wiring, from the VAFC itself, doesn't allow it to be mounted very far...now, if one were to use the extra wiring that came with it (the wiring that one has to cut/splice/soldier) then it allows the VAFC to be mounted just about anywhere from the middle to the right side of the front cabin.
