Default Are all headers created equal?

Did some searching and there really seem to be alot of different answers. All i want is some decent performace out of my dohc zc..... so i need to get it port matched right? Are any of them just bolt on, no modifying required?

Btw... if anyone had an aftermarket one laying around let me know, i want it

On a stock exhaust the Integra header will be about 6'' too long.

too long? at the bottom it will extend back too far? or what.

thats ok cause im ditching the whole exhuast setup and getting a custom midepipe put on right after the header goes in.
