ok ive got a 91 civic that runs good now. and an 88 that is 2 dollars away from running (it ran before i took a bolt from it for the 91) now here is the dilemma. i cant decide what to do with it. if i keep it it needs to pass smog easily since i think the 91 will have some trouble. it might pass smog how it is now but it needs a muffler. if it passes smog itll be insured and registered. if it doesnt ill drive it 1 mile to school and back with expired tags and cross my fingers

yea if i sell it it will most likely have to pass smog. although it is possible to sell it as non-operateable. i dont NEED it but it would be nice to have around if i decide to turbo my real car. i plan on makin at least a couple hundred on this car or at least not losing any money. doesnt cost me anything to keep it now except gas.

before i answer. how much would you plan on making if you did sell it? Whats the Cost of keeping it? And do you even want the car? If you do make it your beater why not make sure it passes smog just in case you do decide to sell it. In California you can't sell a car unless it does pass smog, or if it doesn't pass smog the buyer needs to know that before they purchase.

aww man. i guess its whichever i get first then ZC or A6. now remember this car has to pass smog. any CA guys with smogged ZCs?
