How can you have the "BEST" and "CHEAPEST" b16 all motor setup? Those two words do not go together in building a b16 all motor....

this set up of yours will not come clost to 200whp
it will probably with about about 160whp or so

to make 200 hp you will need to pp the head and mill it to raise cr to at least mid 11's. the ctr pistons alone will give you 10.8cr
and get some big cams and u might be there

The difference is Omniman built motors are " Badass" whereas motors built by YOU are "Sadass".......theres your HP difference.

This post is retarded...you should definately read up on building an all-motor setup. B16's are crap, the first tool to building a B16 is getting rid of the b16 block and buying an ls/crv/gsr

you can build a b16 monster but it ll be very expensive, not CHEAP. first thing would be 84.5mm GE walls, good header like toda,jun3 or toda cams, 12:1 comp or higher pistons. then all the other basic stuff. and im sure you ll make 200whp or you can skip all that and just 4get about all that get rid of that block and opt for a b20 block.

Wow, those are some pretty strong words. If he is only looking to get around 200whp out of it just stick with the B16 if you already have it. It can be done, you just need some good headwork and a little head milling, cams that are on the larger side(S2S2, Jun3), and some CTR pistons or like JE/Arias high comp pistons.

ctr pistons, 1 layer head gasket, TODA C's, P&P, Milled head, bored .25 over, ITR intake mani, Toda Header, Open DP, Js Intake, and rc inj, made for 180 in a b16a on a Dynapack. Thats roughly 200whp on a dyno jet. But if you want the costs....

Toda C's 1200
Toda Springs 300
CTR pistons w/rings 300
P&P 600
mill 100
Bore 75
ITR intake mani 300
Toda Header 900
Js Intake 180
Injectors 300

and thats 4255
And the engine management was a Power FC. So add another grand on that, Plus tuning another 500
and your around 6000. PLUS THE COST of the engine.

I thought that dynapacks read higher numbers then dyno jets???
So it would be more like 160-170whp on a dyno jet...

i made 170 with a stock p30 (sir2) bottom end... with those CTR pistons you're putting in head work, some JUN 3's and the other things you listed you WILL make 200hp to the wheels! it's already been done

and we have yet to see or read what was used to make that setup!!! as soon as it "supsedly is to become public knowledge" i will mimic or copy the setup....
until then i do NOT believe that a B16 with STOCK PISTONS ONLY RUNNING 11.3 compression with "mild head work" MADE ANYWHERE NEAR 200 hp!!!

key with ALL MOTOR is making it breath. that means have a good header and having someone very good in porting the head. Then you are going to need a nice big cam and tuning it very well. but key is making it breath. have fun bro but even ominimans setup made 195 but it does not mean he has never made 200 whp jus the recent motor made 195 , but by looking at the graph it looks like a curve that of a b16.

cheap and fast man that's something that is said very loosely ( is that even a word?) around here.

have fun bro hope you acheive your goal
