brake fluid for clutch?

Default brake fluid for clutch?

what kind should i use? is DOT4 good or is there better... because i do "flog" my car frequently... and where can i get it, cuz honda only has DOT3

*edit*: what kind of grease do i use for the throw-out bearing? would i just buy it at checker or autozone... or is it sumthing special?

dot 3 or 4. It's written on the clutch reservoir cap.
