Tranny work and question about LSD
Ok I spoke to a friend of mine.. He is master tech and his speciality is working on Transmissions.. He made me a deal. If I give him my sparcos he will do the work. You think this a good trade? Also do LSD work on SS tranny??

i dont think it is worth sparcos f that
the hard part is taking it out
maby if you got to replace some gears??
take it to a shop and get an estimate

sparco seats? torinos? 2 of them or 1?
pulling a tranny is actually pretty easy. it's just time consuming. also an LSD will not work in an automatic transmission.
so yeah, 2 sparco torino's for a 5spd swap + lsd install labor would be worth it, if you get the parts independently.

I am going to keep my auto and get is redone.. Heavy duty rebuild and Stall convertor. Hopefully I can find a shift kit.. Do you know if they make shift kit for hondas?

are you meaning an aftermarket LSD will not work in an auto transmission? I know there is a factory H22 auto transmission with LSD.

How can a Quaife *not* work in an automatic? If you know how they work, their "sphere of influence" is between the LSD and the ground. It doesn't matter where the power comes from. Am I wrong?

me too, but it is going to cost u more to rebuild your tranny then to just swap trannys...but hey do what u want, it is your car, and good luck.
i wouldnt recommend Phantom Grip to even someone i hate, there is not aftermarket good LSD for the autos, find a JDM one.

JDM SS has them huh? Well my tranny is getting rebuild DIRT CHEAP.. My friend is master tranny tech so.. Basically giving him my sparcos. (My bros sparco) 450 bucks
