So my boi comes back from florida yesterday and picks me up in his HF. I noticed right away that the light around the ciggarette lighter was amber (like mine was) and asked him about it and he said "Oh yeah it was like that when you gave my that center console." In my head I'm thinking WTF beacuse I never gave him one. Then I remembered that I had a long scratch on my center console, checked his...it was there. At this point I'm getting pretty pissed but not saying anything. He stopped at a gas station to buy some smokes and while he was in there I opened his glove compartment and found: my "lucky" philips head screwdriver that I always kept in my glovebox; my other flathead that my girls father let me borrow when i neded to adjust my idle(it was black with a blue rubber-band on it, thats how i knew); the same broken small white hand saw that I had bought from home depot; 4 of my CDs, 1 of which was one of my own burns WITH MY INITIALS ON IT; and finally his "new" carpet that he "bought" from some guy had the same ciggarette burn in it that mine had. When I asked him about this he got really shaky and started getting pissed. So, I ask you guys, what should I do? Like I said he had been in florida for the past 2 weeks but my car was stolen almost a month ago and he left his HF behind here in chicago. Seeing as I found interior parts that I recognized easily as my own and found those items that were mine I think it is safe to say that some course of action is now required...

 

Th shittiest part is that this guy was one of my closest friends and like a brother to me...

He might have just bought your interior pieces...or not.

If that guy stole your car, then I think you should just take the whole car back. Either that or he knows who stole your car.

 

Yeah I'd call the police dude...I'm assuming they have a report of the stolen vehicle, and he has **** in his car that used to be on yours...seems pretty ******* cut and dry to me...

Well if he did really "buy" all those parts then maybe he really didnt sell your car and bought those off of who did. Ask him where he bought those from and you would probably find your car. Also did he have those parts before he left for FL. on his car?

 

First off, he is NO friend. Second off.. either go illegal.. beat the **** out of him (he wont snitch... he stole your car..) or go legal and ******* call the cops!

Ask more questions... call him on that ****..

i dont think he could've bought all of his personal items as well!(cd's, screw driver, vagina, etc)

True, but if he stold the car and he put all those things in his, why would he put the personal stuff in there too?

 

And if he knew that he stole his "friends" crx ****, why would ne let him in the car or go driving with him??? THink about it, if you stole something from someone, dont you think that you would modify whatever you stole so it cant be traced??? At least i would.

wheres the evidence or proof that it was yours? at this point its just going to be a 'he said she said' open and shut case.

by all means he is no friend. people change al the time, its just a shame that it was for the worst. i know a few crooked people that would befriend others, but i see them taking **** out of the house and pocketing dvd's when their friends are drunk.

if you are going to do something, make sure it makes a lasting impression. but leave the ends open so he cannot fully accuse you. make his car disappear... cops arent going to do ****

dohcdelsol, believe it or not I know this guy too well and I know that he is the type of person to pull any kind of **** and make up and bs story to cover his own ***. Yes he is that stupid to actually let me in his car. Don't forget he changed stories on me and got REAL shaky when I brought it up. Why would he have my CDs and the other things I mentioned? Would you actually buy stuff like that? One of the cds was a burn I made with my initials on it!

 

Chances are like around here they swapped out every friggin thing except the VIN. I'd call the cops tell them the story and see what they say about it.

 

I had something simalar happen to my CRX in San Diego when i used to live there. I blew my clutch disc, bought an ACT, could not install it in the apartments i lived in so gave a friend some money to change it for me at his house. after a week went by, i begun to ask him when it would be done, that nite his mom kicked him out, (his brother which was also a friend still lived there) So that next week i called and was goin to come get me car, and just do it my self at another friends house, Well the brother moved like 2 blocks away and they said the pushed it there. I drove by that nite, it was not outside, looking over the fence i saw a primer crx with the hood popped, I just thought i ll call them tomorrow since they were not home. Well then never ansewered my calls that day. Then the next day, he said oh yeah it is still on the street, you can just stop by and get it we haven't touched it. So i drove by again and it was not there. I then called him because i grew suspicious, He said i thought you picked it up because it was gone. Well i called it in stolen, and not 30 mins later got a call from a tow yard... thinks maybe it got towed, Well got there and it was stripped to the bone, no door motor, suspension, kit... and so on... they even were so gay to take off my emblems... Needless to say after i moved my bois did se my motor down to the vintage jg cam gear, and craked rewelded dc header, in there car, could do nothing, could not prove to the cops they had it, it was an extra car for track so it was not insured... in short FU#K Team Xplict from SD or atleast NATE and Phatts, and brian. I will catch you slippin one day! Always gunna be a ghetto rider, never gunna come up. Almost got the gay *** baby blue hatch blown up in the mall in parkway plaza when it had that jacked type r swap in it. lucky the security guard made me leave, was goin to put a gas covered rag in the tank and booooommmm.... 89 crx hf with sohc vtec gude head and 80 shot direct....RIP CReXy....
