Default Englishtown.....

WooHoo, what a day. I ran 12.93 at 104.63MPH today, all motor, at the NHRA event at Englishtown in my ITR. Won the bracket eliminations and got a nice NHRA trophy too. Didn't break any axles (anyone that knows me know that I break axles at every event).

hmm.. i told him i dont like that idea...
he is making great power with that setup.. perfect compression for that lift..

i think if he tinkers with it, adds more lift and duration, **** just wont be right anymore..

well, guess time and terry's hunger will tell.

congrats man!

Thanks everybody I was so psyched yesterday. My first run was in the 12's, and I was hittin high 12's all day. Did run a few 13.0's, but I was on the brakes (bracket racing).

My car is still running the same setup as always. Only difference was the 4 lug Civic front brakes with the 13" Lensos. ET came down, and MPH went up quite a bit.

My car basically has bolt ons, and the Toda spec B's.

Oh yeah, the car is not for sale (yet). I think it was Dave that wrote it on the back of all our cars.

Don't forget taking off the back bumper for less weight and wind resistance. LOL
Good runs man.

Haha. I took off the back bumper because it sags a little, and I can't get the N1 exhaust off without the bumper being off. Since it was off, I left it like that for the whole event.

Function before fashion!!!

Jonas's car ran pretty hard when I drove it. Feels nice.
I had the Alpha sticker on my windshield for the whole event.

.......now only if I can run 12.8's, or even 12.7's.....

Terry I'mpressive times, with a stock motor. I bet you did a lot of weight loss huh? I need to race you too...heheheh

But I'll race you on my terms....

full body
full interior
street tires

Thats how I'll be running my car the next time I get to the track. I get imitate your stripped set-up too, but it'll be too time consuming for me to take all that weight out. should be a good run. Take care!

My car is mad slow and Terry knows it...It is not setup for the quarter mile by any means...It is my road race car so its setup for mad exit speeds at the track... Granted He did get a good ET and MPH...I forgot how to launch the damn sucker...
I did get thru 4 rounds though Right Terry
Right in front of you and dead consistent too up until i thought my trans blew...
Damn thing popped out of first and made a horrendous noise...
Well maybe I will se the 1/4 mile soon again
the thrill just isnt there for me in the 1/4

Jonas, your car is quick. We won't talk about times on here, but you and I both know that it's not slow.

In the pot, I got runner up. TJ with the MR2 won it. I was going to concentrate on winning the pot, but they told me I should just win the brackets, so I did

Go to E Town tomorrow. I wanna run your car again.

The hood is holding up well. Still really light

Charlee, I'll run U at the track on your terms. Always up for a race. Should be good.

Have you dynoed yet?
