would Konig Heliums fit in my Rex??? they're 40mm offset. I thinking about 15 with a 205/50/15 or 17's with a 205/40/17 but I want to lower my car about 1.5-1.7 so i'm not sure about the 17's

 

15's in +40 will fit. u may have to loose the lip in the inside of the rear fenders tho. i know with my +43 and 205 azenis i had to bang out the lip in the rear fenders.
in 17 it will prolly fit with the correct size tire. but 15 is the way to go

make sure when you buy them that the bolt pattern is 4x100. you'll be fine with such a moderate drop. you "might" have to roll the inside of the rear fender well (have the metal rolled up) so it doesn't scuff your tires side wall.
