Default What Suspension Suggestions for Running Quicker 1/4 Mile Times ?

I have often heard that suspension upgrades can help reduce 1/4 mile times. What do you guys recommend ?. I guess stiffening up the rear shocks would help, what do you do with front shocks - softer or stiffer ? . I don't really want to get into slicks or stuff like that, just thinking about suspension stuff. Any info would be appreciated. thanks.

the rear should be stiffer so your car doesnt squat. when i go to the track i run progress drag suspension with 550lbs springs in the front and 750lbs springs in the rear. but this is really stiff for the street so i run apex N1's in my gsr
