Ls/Vtec tapped head on a b-series vtec block?

Ls/Vtec tapped head on a b-series vtec block?
Ok... I have a b16 head that's already been drilled and tapped for Ls/vtec. Now I don't want to go that route anymore.
So I was wondering if I would be able to put it on a GSR block or something in that nature.
Any help would be appreciated.
