pros and cons to oversived valves

What are your opinions on going +1mm on valves? Has anyone dynoed before and after? If so, what was the difference in whp and turbo sool time?

con. Less valve to piston area
Pro. more flow, typically stronger.
i havent got any HP # for you though.
