I just bought complete doors for my crx from a 90 CRX SIR that came with 3 way Gathers speakers in them. They look just like a pioneer speaker. Wondered if any knows if they are related companies?

 

I think Gathers is Alpine related

 

gathers uses multiple car audio brands for there line-up

 

From what ive seen.
Gathers=Alpine.
Carrozzaeria=Pioneer. Look at my sig ther are some speakerrs there.

 

i had a gathers double din unit that was made of two seperate units (a receiver/tape and a md unit). they both said gathers on them and one was an alpine and the other was kenwood. ive also heard of them being pioneer. but i beleive that carrozzeria is strictly pioneer like stated before. in fact, im possitive.

 

mostly Alpine, but also seen rebadged Clarion Pioneer and Kenwood. I have 2 decks both Alpine stickers.
