Fixing small scratches on our OEM wheels
Anyone ever done this themselves? I was thinking of having a go at it, before I paint my set a nice flat black.
What do I need to fill the scratch up etc...any other relevant answers/comments would be cool

You would have to sand down the area where the paint is chipped or heavily scratched. Or else you will not have a smooth finish.
Or if the scratch is very minor, I.E. you can run your fingernail over it and it won't catch, then you may be able to just use a compound and buff it out.
All my wheels have the paint chipping off them and I am in the process of deciding what to do. A can of flat black Krylon for $2 is very tempting. But the durability of powdercoating is also more desired, but the price isn't.
I also have 5 cans of CW that I can use, but I don't know....

If it's just paint chip, get some touchup paint from the dealer and just touch the wheel up...I've done that before and after it is done, you cannot see the affected areas unless u look very closely.
