Well if you dont want to spend too much on those craftmen bolt out set. I recommend buying a vice grip it should get ahold of a stripped bolt.

"a vice grip" is a not the answer, will only make things worse- Do it right or don't do it at all.

Is it a rear LCA bolt?

or hammer on a smaller socket you can replace or dispose of..

or cut the head off with a dremel and drill it out..

mstewar's idea is a good one. If you can't get a 13mm to hammer on you may want to try a standard size socket.

Depending on where it's located and how easily accessible the bolt is, look for a (for lack of a better term) "nut cutter/splitter" You wrench it over the bolt and it cuts the nut. It worked on my cat when I stripped one of the bolts on the flange part.

you said a 14mm was to big and a 13mm was to small, have you tried an american sized wrench on the sucker?
This has worked for me in a couple of situations.

Take a torch to it until it's red hot. Will come off like butter with vise-grips.

You might want to try some anti-seize compound on the new bolts on re-installation, to prevent this happening again. Available at auto parts stores.

Will a propane torch do the job if you decide to heat it up?
I just stripped the inner bolt on the compensator arm of my 93 Civic CX.
