After swap, car ran,, now it doesnt. HELP 89 hatch Si

i bought a 89 si hatch for $750 132k miles, engine and trans were junk and the TPS was smashed. I bought my usual JDM SOHC ZC for 350$ that had a good TPS on it, and a DX 5speed tranny. 8hrs later fired it up first try, let it warm up to a nice 800ish idle, timed it, did a few hot laps around the block and garaged it. I maybe moved it once or twice after that.
With the old engine it always fired up right away, only had the TPS CEL and that was it, fawker still ran even with a busted *** TPS.
So anyhow, a few days ago when i needed room to work on my Del sol, the POS hatch wont start for ****...
I was running hella low on gas and the last time i parked it, might have required an extra splash, i tried starting it anyhow, no luck, bombed some old gas in there, nothing, bombed some RC car nitro Fuel in there(getting pissed at this point), nothing, went and bought 3 gals of 93 and NOTHING. (yup i was pissed)
----Put new plugs in it, checked for spark, all Cyls are sparking perfectly, checked for fuel pressure,,,almost got shot in the eyes, (i have plently of pressure) swapped injectors from my other running EF, no change, CAT isnt clogged, MAP is hooked up properly, engine bay fuse box fuses are mint, throw no CEL's at all. WTF this thing used to run mint, didnt do **** but let it sit for a few days and now it doesnt work. every connection is hooked up.
---car turns over like it should, sounds fine, making compression, i can hear it making a puf puff puff puff when i try to start it through the exhuast, the plugs are black and damp. thats about it,,, HELP!!!

Flooded?
I know my '90 Si let me sit one day after I moved it a short bit accross the driveway and shut it off. Later it just cranked. It finally chugged to life after cranking it with my foot to the floor, and I do mean chugged.

yeah the plugs were plretty wet for the most part,,, but i dont understand why or how it could flood out,,, it is a EFI engine not a carburated one... WTF this is pissing me off.
