I have a cypress green pearl 98 Integra GS. I saw a picture on team-integra today and it gave me the idea (t-i doesn't want to link the pic):



I have a spare set of those very same wheels. I'm thinking about painting them gloss black, then ordering a bottle of paint to exactly match my integra from http://www.painscratch.com and painting the lip that color. Has anyone seen this done besides a red or polished lip? Think it'll look nice? If I had a few minutes I'd do a photoshop, maybe tomorrow at work if I'm not busy. Just curious if it's been done.

Original yes, but I don't think it will look good unless it's a deep metallic green.

 

Yeah it's not gonna be a ninja turtles bright-*** green or anything...it'll be just as dark as the car, hopefully the same dark color...I dunno, I tried to mess with it in photoshop with no luck, I'm not very good...maybe try again tomorrow.

 

It'll make the car look very tacky IMO ...

Here's the closest I could come in photoshop, because I suck at it. This is if I used my borbet type c's instead of my ls mesh to do this...



Certainly new...don't think I've ever seen it...and I know it's not something that everyone will love...hrm...
