H22 Type-S pistons in F22 VTEC motor?
i think that h22 springs are dual springs.. and f22 are not.. also think something bout height comes in a factor

you'd have to bore out the f22 sleeves at least 2mm to get the h22 pistons to work in the f22, which isn't impossible....there are companies that make aftermarket pistons for the f22 though...
Race Engineering has pistons for the Honda F-series in either the stock 8.8:1 CR or 11:1 CR. The pistons are made by Wiseco, and run around $350 for the set if I remember right. I'm running the 11:1's with good results.
