Default Sunroof help

If you guys have ever taken out your sunroof i'm sure you can help me.

Ok, when it rains my seat belts get soaking wet, so when I get in the car... and have to drive home after it rains or something I end up with a wet streak across my shirt.

The reason for this is my sunroof, I bought the car with just a panel bolted into place with braces and tons of silicone/chaulking on the top(extremely ugly). I bought 3 different sunroof units/panels from ebay and got 1 of them completely rebuilt with parts from the others, degreased and regreased every peice that moves, and its mint. Ok I got the sunroof installed and i saw that there are some pretty big cracks when the sunroof is closed so I know water will get in, so I look on the sunroof and there are those drain holes... well I dont have sunroof headliner yet and I saw this after I got it installed... so I made a guess that these openings on all 4 sides need hose to run through the holes in the chassis and leak down eventually to outside? Well I didnt know how long to make the hose or anything so I just kinda pushed some down through the holes till the didnt move anymore and thats where I cut and pushed them over the drainage holes. The front ones I have had absolutely no problems with... the rear ones get both seats belts wet and I used to get water inside leaking from the quarter panel plastic coverings but not anymore.

What I need to know is was I right about this hose? Would it be possible for me to get some measurements of this hose or maybe buy some from somewhere? I just got some black rubber hose from an auto parts store and cut it like i said. Help me out please, I dunno how to fix this and I really would like to get rid of this problem.

that hose goes all th way down the upper railing to exit at the very rear of the car on both corners..

if you take the L shaped panels off in corners you should be able to reach the tubes there and put them into their receptical..
