Default b20 non vtec top end power?

what u think would help in terms to take a b20z nonvtec to gain top end power that it lacks other than a vtec head???? ported mani???? TB???? a 4-1 header??? CAI ????? what other things can make that motor or a b18b have more top end?

i want reliable torqy daily driven car so b20vtec is out of the question right now.

wondering what certain things will help that non vtec tho pull stronger up top. w/ my b18b b4 i blew it on 1-bottom of 3rd i could manhandle gsrs hybrids but on top of 3rd and 4rth they just kill me up top. i want something to give me the same power or close to topend wise to hold off gsr's hybrid civics.

thanks for any advise

get some high compression slugs-(11.5-12.5:1), a bigger/better intake mani,-
(skunk2) with a bigger TB-(64-68mm) a ported head, BIG *** CAMS!
contact ( CROWER, A B16,TYPE R, or GSR tranny, and a good 2.0 header-
(DTRfab)...... that should take care of your topend>>>ALL LS POWER<<<

Get some Crower 404 cams and run a chipped ecu or hondata.
Make sure and upgrade the valvesprings and retainers too
