itr throttel body install

Default itr throttel body install
So I got my ITR TB yesterday and went to install it... ok the first thing I noticed is that I am missing in the ITR a connection for a hose.. it's on the top of the stock TB..
I installed it but left that hose hanging.. is that hose important?? why is the plug missing in the ITR TB??

its just for vaccum, just plug it up, thats what i did with no problems

The hose on the throttle body is for the EVAP system. ITR EVAP system hooks to the intake manifold.
