anyone here install there own body kit
Well, i did my own bodykit. Other than the painting because it was a used kit that already had predrilled holes and painted same color as my car.
THe front and rear bumpers are easy enuff to install, BUT the pain in the *** would be the side skirts because u need to do some drilling along with the 3M tape......real annoying. If you plan to have it painted it wont cost much more to get it installed.

Its a pain in the ***! I recommend just finding a shop that will paint it and see if theyll work out a deal for you to have them install and paint it. Most shops are more than willing to work something out just dont go to a delaership owned body shop because 9 times out of 10 they wont touch it with a ten foot pole. My dad works for a body shop in gwinett (dealership owned) and they absolutely will not install a kit their more than happy to paint it once installed though.
Hope this helps.

not that bad...have someone hold the bumpers while you line it up and drill holes...there might be a little fabrication needed(i had to build the parts in the wheel well so itd bolt on). the sides you can use metal to fiberglass glue,3m tape, rivets or w/e you want

If its a trailered show car id trust it but if you drive it around after about a week dirt gets in around the rocker panels and the side skirts fall off quick or if you hit one pot hole the front end will sag. So definitely screw it as well.
