Default Cam recommendations for 12.0:1 compression

I know I asked this before if someone remember's me asking already. I am not going with the 12.8:1 comp anymore. I got 11.5:1 cp pistons for itr should be around 12.0:1 in b18c1 with high comp valves. I will also be spraying a direct port 80-120 shot so some cams that might be good for spray to. I knwo this is the all motor forum, but I will be all motor more than spray.

i'd go with a set of jun type 2's. but it's all about cash flow and what you want to accomplish with it.

What cams would work best for my setup in the $400-$700 range?

Nitrous/All-Motor
JunII/JunIII
Skunk Stage1/Stage2
TodaB/TodaC
EF-1 M23/M24

You should try to pick one setup..all-motor or nitrous..if not there will be compromises.

well, i've got CTR's in my motor, and i'm running ITR cams... but, higher lift cams go hand in hand with high compression. Oh, and you're gonna need more fuel, for sure.

250 posts woohoo!
(it only took more than a year )

youre gonna need more fuel AND real engine managment. 12.0, big cams and nitrous(a larger shot at that); youre going to need hondata and 440 or 550s
