OBD1 ---> OBD2 conversion harness??
Hello.
This is my current situation. I am running an OBDII 2000 Si Motor in my 92 Hatch with an OBD1 chipped P28. I HAVE TO run a '00 Si ECU in order to get my car legalized by the state ref, so that means the plugs and an OBD2 conversion is necessary. Are there are ideas on how I would do this? I have seen OBD2--> OBD1 conversion harnesses on eBay and for sale on the net, but why not the opposite? I was told there is a member on Honda-Tech that can customize one...anyone might know who that is?
Anyone know of any shops in the Bay Area or Sacramento Area that can do this for me? Or anyone willing to lend a hand for some extra cash? You can email me.
I would like to avoid rewiring the whole car or taking out the motor. I am have been looking for a quick and simple method of doing this just so it looks good to the state referree. Thanks.
