That's quite nice, for a 4-lug.
Would be an excellent buy at the present price as well!

So, 4 lug & '97 = FAKE ???
Didn't they switch over to 5 lug in 97 ? 4 Lug was 96 right ?

actually, ( someone correct me if I'm wrong here ) when honda of japan made the 1st type Rs they were 4x114.5 back in 96 or 95 ( i have a link posted to the honda of japan website somewhere on this board ) and in 97 when they released it to the rest of the world...all of them were 5 lug.

White Type R in general are RARE. I havn't seen one in a LONG TIME and I live in the SF/BAY AREA, where imports are a dime a dozen.

95.9 - 97 JDM = 4 x 114.3
98 - 00 JDM = 5 x 114.3
ALL USDM = 5 x 114.3

10.3inch if memory isn't failing me. (now I'm absolutely sure I'm wrong then)

I do know the popular upgrade for them would be to use the 11inch "big brakes" from a Prelude SR-V or Prelude VTEC.

I have yet to see a PY ITR in Japan (in person)....CW is the most popular followed by black, then red or silver.

For the DC5 R CW and blue seem to be the most popular
