VTEC Cut Out
Ok, My boys got a 94 del Sol with a JDM B16A2, DC Sports header and an AEM short ram intake. recently as its started to get cold when we go to **** around and hit vtec it'll either kick in late or start to sputter out after its gone into vtec. Does anyone know why this would happen, we were thinking that because its so cold out it could cause it or maybe because his predator hood is allowing to much air in on the engine or something. Any thoughts or anyone whos experienced this please let me know what happened. Thanks Peace

Check the oil and try swapping ecu's with someone just to see if still does it... If so, then continue to check the solenoid, connections etc...
