seen this lip on countless eg's and every time i ask owners i get a different answer (mugen, stock ex lip, coupe lip, ect.) so i wanted to make a post to get a singular answer once and for all. im picking up an EG today in replacement for my stolen DC2 http://www.picturetrail.com/danGk and it does not have this lip ('92 hatch) & either does my best friend's '92 hatch so i know its not a stock lip.




im referring to the flat black lip on the front bumper just incase someone is not sure what im talking about. thanks for the help.

When I bought mine like 8 months ago, it was around $50. Now it's $70. Maybe they are becoming harder to find? I gotta order a new one soon.

BTW, don't pay for the hardware, its a ripoff, over $40 for nuts and bolts. Go to a body shop supply place or LOWES/Home Depot and get the parts there.

OEM, but not very many models came with it.

 

heres the part number at honda...71110-sr3-000 spoiler $101.22.it might differ at other dealerships,but i think that they use the same part#.that blue eg6 is my fav.

it didnt come stock on my old 92 si.

All coupes came with them from 93-95....that would be DX and EX...and the VX hatchie
